The American Contact Dermatitis Society (ACDS)’s 32nd Annual Meeting is in San Francisco, CA on 18 March 2021.

EADV’s Symposium will provide a setting to advance excellence in clinical practice through shared knowledge and expertise in dermato-venereology. The CME-CPD accredited virtual event happens this spring, with over 100 speakers and 30 hours of semi-live talks.

The Allergy and Respiratory Patients’ Digital Conference 2020 will feature in-depth presentations about digitalisation and innovation, to discuss their untapped potential to empower allergy and respiratory patients and improve healthcare outcomes.

The EAACI/ESCD Skin Allergy Meeting is the leading European meeting in 2019 devoted to skin allergy. The fifth edition of this biennial event will take place from 4–6 April 2019 in Munich, Germany at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). SAM will be held in collaboration with the European Society for Contact Dermatitis (ESCD).

The next ICDRG Symposium in co-operation with Croatian Dermatovenerological Society of the Croatian Medical Association, which will take place in Zagreb, Croatia, from 29–31 March 2019

This Symposium will present an opportunity to exchange scientific ideas, knowledge and experience among colleagues with expertise in contact sensibility, patch and prick testing, occupational allergy, urticaria, atopic dermatitis and cutaneous drug hypersensitivity reactions, from all around Europe and many other parts of the World.

Awards/Prizes

The Jan Wahlberg prize at 1,000 Euros will be awarded by a panel of experts appointed by the Executive Committee. The prize is aimed and presented to a young researcher < 45 years old, who provides work that has been published, or submitted for publication in the field of contact dermatitis. Applications including an introductory letter, all relevant papers and a CV should be made via e mail to secretary@escd.org The closing date for applications will be 5th July 2018. The winner is expected to give a 30min keynote presentation of their work during the Congress.

There are six travel grants available at 500 Euros each for those who have had an abstract accepted to the Congress. If you plan to apply for one of these awards, then please wait until your abstract has been accepted and then forward this confirmation  to secretary@ escd.org including the abstract and a short CV. The closing date for the applications will be 5th July 2018. All applications will be judged by the Executive Committee. All applicants will be informed of the decision before the Congress begins. The grants will be handed out at the Awards Ceremony on the last day of the Congress.

There will be 4 poster prizes awarded at 500 Euros each. Judging  will be performed by a panel of judges appointed by the Scientific Committee in the following four areas:  Epidemiology, Clinical, Basic science & Occupational. It is expected that presenters should be available for questioning, standing  next to their posters, during the Friday morning of the Congress. The prizes will be handed out at the Awards Ceremony on the last day of the Congress.
